This is likely a temporary issue

In some cases, the "Oops" error is caused by a server outage and can be resolved by simply waiting and trying again later. This is a known issue and a solution is already in development.

If the issue persists

If you are still getting the error after 1-2 hours, make sure you are on the latest release of Quicken. To download and install the latest release patch, visit this support article.

You may also see these error messages if the internet connection is slow or unstable.  In this case, we recommend trying again later, or contacting your internet service provider about improving your connection.

If you have confirmed your internet connection is stable and you still receive this error, contact Quicken Support

Quicken 2017 or Older

Quicken 2017 and older versions are no longer supported and cannot access online services. You'll need to upgrade your product to receive updates and to regain access to online services.

You can also view the Discontinuation Policy for more information.
