You may receive the following message while using online services in Quicken:
OL-319-A: Your financial institution rejected this transaction because it is a duplicate request.
Instructions
This error occurs because the specified payment already exists. You will need to contact your financial institution to confirm they received the payment information in their system.
If the financial institution has received the payment information, update the transaction status in the register to Sent.
