An active Quicken subscription grants you access to online services, such as transaction download and online bill pay. You’ll also automatically receive new Quicken features and patches, so you'll always have the newest product. A Quicken subscription includes access to these benefits until your expiration date.

If your membership ends, you'll still have full access to and ownership of your data thanks to the Data Access Guarantee. You can view, edit, export, and manually enter transactions and accounts, even after your subscription ends.

Which Quicken connected services are discontinued when my subscription expires?
On the expiration date for your Quicken subscription, these connected services will be discontinued:
Online bill pay
Downloading and/or importing financial data
Downloading stock quotes, news headlines and other financial information into Quicken
Uploading portfolio information from Quicken to Quicken.com
Live Support
Software patches and updates
How do I renew my Quicken membership?
If you're signed up for auto-renew, you don't need to take any action; you'll be notified of the auto-renewal, and your credit card on file will be charged on your expiration date.
I have disabled auto-renew; how do I renew my membership manually? If you're not signed up for auto-renew, six months prior to your membership expiration date, you'll be able to purchase your membership renewal at
How do I know which version of Quicken I am currently using?
If you use Quicken for Windows: Select the Help menu and select About Quicken.
If you use Quicken for Mac: Select the Quicken menu and select About Quicken for Mac.
Non-Subscription Discontinued versions (Quicken 2017 and older versions)
Versions of Quicken released before the subscription version were discontinued and no longer receive support.

Please note that we do not provide any software updates or patches, including security patches, to discontinued products. When you upgrade to the subscription version, your services will be fully reinstated.
