Your right to request the deletion of your personal information
You have the right to request that Quicken delete any personal information about you which Quicken has collected.
If you are an existing Quicken subscriber, Quicken must retain your personal information in order to honor the Terms of Service. If you would like to request the deletion of your personal information, you must first cancel your subscription by calling Quicken Customer Care at 650-250-1900.
Quicken does not collect any information from visitors to our website. If you have never been a Quicken customer, you have no personal information for Quicken to delete.
Otherwise, California law mandates that Quicken shall delete the information specified in the above section to you upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request as defined by the California Attorney General. If you are a California resident and can verify your residency, choose from the appropriate selections below to delete your information:
If you have a Quicken ID but no longer have an active subscription
If you DO NOT have a Quicken ID but at one time were a Quicken customer
You can verify if you have a Quicken ID by typing your email address and clicking Submit at this link. If you do not receive an email from Quicken, a Quicken ID does not exist with that email address.
