The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of 2018 grants California residents the following rights:
Your right to request the delivery of personal information collected by Quicken
You have the right to request that Quicken disclose and deliver the following to you:
- The categories of personal information Quicken has collected about you in the previous 12 months.
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information.
- The categories of sources from which Quicken collects your personal information
- The categories of third parties with whom Quicken shares your personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information Quicken has collected about you in the previous 12 months

The CCPA mandates that Quicken deliver the information specified in the above section to you in a file upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request as defined by the California Attorney General. If you are a California resident and can verify your residency, choose from the appropriate selections below:
If you DO NOT have a Quicken ID
If you don’t know if you have a Quicken ID
You can verify if you have a Quicken ID by typing your email address and clicking Submit at this link. If you do not receive an email from Quicken, a Quicken ID does not exist with that email address
Your right to request the delivery of personal information disclosed by Quicken
You have the right to request that Quicken disclose and deliver the following to you:
- The categories of your personal information that Quicken has disclosed to third parties for business purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was disclosed.
- The categories of your personal information that Quicken has sold to third parties, and the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold.

If you DO NOT have a Quicken ID but at one time were a Quicken customer
If you have never been a Quicken customer
You can verify if you have a Quicken ID by typing your email address and clicking Submit at this link. If you do not receive an email from Quicken, a Quicken ID does not exist with that email address.
Your right to request the deletion of your personal information
You have the right to request that Quicken delete any personal information about you which Quicken has collected.
If you are an existing Quicken subscriber, Quicken must retain your personal information in order to honor the Terms of Service. If you would like to request the deletion of your personal information, you must first cancel your subscription by calling Quicken Customer Care at 650-250-1900.
Quicken does not collect any information from visitors to our website. If you have never been a Quicken customer, you have no personal information for Quicken to delete.
Otherwise, California law mandates that Quicken shall delete the information specified in the above section to you upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request as defined by the California Attorney General. If you are a California resident and can verify your residency, choose from the appropriate selections below to delete your information:
If you have a Quicken ID but no longer have an active subscription
If you DO NOT have a Quicken ID but at one time were a Quicken customer
You can verify if you have a Quicken ID by typing your email address and clicking Submit at this link. If you do not receive an email from Quicken, a Quicken ID does not exist with that email address.
Your right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information
Quicken values the privacy of its users and the confidentiality of their information. The new CCPA has modified the following instances of information sharing and re-categorized them as selling information:
- Potential sharing of your IP address and hashed email address (which cannot personally identify you) to advertising partners for the purpose of better marketing Quicken products and services to you. For existing customers, we release this information primarily to let our partners know that you are already a customer so that they do not show you ads.
- Potential sharing of personal information to our credit card and bank partners to provide you jointly offered products and services that we believe might be of interest to you. These partners are under a contractual and legal duty to protect the privacy of your personal information and may not share it with anyone except with vendors who are directly involved in delivering these products and services, and who are also under contractual privacy obligations.
Based on the CCPA, you have the right to direct Quicken to not sell your personal information as defined above. This right is referred to as the right to opt-out.

Your right to exercise your rights without discrimination
Quicken will not discriminate against you because you have exercised any of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including, but not limited to:
- Denying goods or services to you
- Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties.
- Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to you
- Suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
