Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic web and eCommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our web and content management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, within Marketing and Engineering, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of marketing campaigns while managing our content management system (CMS). This position requires thorough attention to detail, ownership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will drive alignment and communicate strategy with team members and leadership. A strong understanding of industry trends, content management systems, and marketing platforms is a must. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Roadmap Planning and Delivery: Assist in development of roadmap and maintain the CMS product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration with Content Managers: Manage and work with Content Managers to coordinate production and activation efforts, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • CMS Requirements Managements: Define and document CMS requirements to support content production and user experience objectives.
  • Development Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with development and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals and a shared understanding of deliverables.
  • Campaign Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with creative and optimization teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and a shared understanding of deliverables.
  • Requirements Documentation: Write clear and comprehensive requirements for content managers, developers, and QA teams to facilitate project execution.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Manage the web calendar for marketing campaigns, ensuring that all activities are scheduled and executed efficiently.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance performance.
  • Personalization Initiatives: Set up and manage website personalization efforts and personalization tools to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Testing Plans and Tools: Develop and maintain testing plans and tools to assess website performance and user interactions.
  • CMS Maintenance and Development: Oversee the maintenance and continuous development of the content management system to ensure it meets evolving business needs and is developed with “best in industry” methodologies.
  • General Product and Project Management: Execute general product management, project management, and team management responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications: 
  • Experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of industry experience with 5 years in product management
  • Strong understanding of content management systems and web technologies
  • Experience with web/ecommerce mandatory, preferably with hands-on experience
  • Stays up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, specifically focusing on AI
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and projects successfully
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to take business requirements and break down into requirements for maker type teams
  • Familiarity with website personalization strategies and tools
  • Experienced working in geographically distributed set-up
